Step 3: Prepare the Location

Determine where you want to install your Smart Home Control Panel. Ideally, this should be in a central location that is easily accessible and close to your router or network connection.

• Wall Mounting: If you're mounting the panel on the wall, ensure that the location has a power outlet nearby (if not using POE).
• Surface Mounting: If you plan to place it on a flat surface, make sure there is enough space and that the surface is stable.
